This month at Coffee Cafe, Jen Bella will guide particpants in writing their own obituary.

This slightly tongue in cheek  exercise aims to put the announcement of your death back

in your hands as opposed to your survivors.  This hour will emphasize your lives as opposed

to what may be usually bland details.  With the goal of normalizing this chore,

this practice can help participants gain  a different perspective on something we all face:

our eventual death.
